1. Chocolate with Honey and Cinnamon Face mask

The Ingredients:

  1. Unsweetened cocoa powder,
  2. 1 tablespoon honey
  3. Pinch of cinnamon.

Mix the three ingredients in a bowl thoroughly. If the mask is thick you can add some honey or water to make it perfect.

How to Apply:

Apply the mask to your face and neck and massage it slightly. Keep it for 15-20 mins until it burns your face and then rinse with cold water. Pat dry. Honey act as an antimicrobial stuff to reduce a pimple or acne.

Skin Type: Oily and acne-prone Skin

How it works :

Cinnamon can be irritating for your skin, so test a little amount initially

Normally honey and cinnamon face mask used to heal acne. Cinnamon helps in bringing oxygen & blood to the outer skin surface which helps in plumping the acne. Honey helps is reducing redness and improves moisture. Chocolate addition makes the mask antioxidant too.

2. Chocolate Orange Face Mask

You will need:

  1. Dark chocolates
  2. Fresh orange juice
  3. Oatmeal

Now you need to melt some dark chocolates. Mix well till the chocolate melts properly. Mix other ingredients into the melted chocolate and mix well.

How to Apply:

Apply this to your face and neck properly. Keep it for 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. After washing if some stickiness persists then clean it with a toner.

How it works :

The oatmeal contains saponins which are well known for their cleansing properties.

The addition of orange juice makes the face mask more antioxidant.  Also, oatmeal helps in moisturizing.

3. Chocolate, Egg yolk and Oat Flour Face mask

You will need :

  1. Dark chocolate with a higher percentage of cocoa content,
  2. 1 Egg yolk,
  3. 1 Teaspoon honey
  4. Some oat flour.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave just for 10-12 sec and take care so that it won’t burn. Mix all the ingredients properly with the melted chocolate.

How to Apply:

Apply it all over your face and neck evenly. Keep the mask for 20-30 mins and then rinse it with warm water. You can apply some moisturizer if some dryness still persists.

Skin Type: Dull, Dry or Flaky Skin

How it works :

You can skip honey here if you can bear yolk smell

Natural antibacterial, vitamin A and zinc contained in egg yolk helps to fight acne. Honey reduces the smell of yolk and helps in smoothens face. Chocolate acts as an antioxidant. Oat flour absorbs excess skin oils & reduce sebum secretion.

4. Chocolate Face mask with Sea Salt and Brown Sugar

You need:

  1. Two bars of dark chocolate
  2. Sea Salt
  3. 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  4. Milk according to the consistency

Heat the chocolates in a double boiler or in a microwave. Add all the ingredients and pour the milk slowly to maintain the consistency of the chocolate mask.

Avoid using this face mask if you have cuts on your face

 Apply the luxurious mask all over your face and neck. Wait for 15-20 mins. Wash your face properly with lukewarm water and pat dry.

The added sea salt in chocolate mask helps in fighting eczema and psoriasis.

5. Chocolate Almond Face Mask with Rose-hip oil

You need:

  1. Melted Chocolate
  2. one teaspoon of almond oil
  3. one teaspoon of rose-hip oil

Mix all ingredients properly for some time and make it a consistent mixture. Apply the mixture to your face and neck properly and massage it for some time so that the nutrient in the mixture penetrate properly in the face. Leave it for 20-30 mins and rinse it properly with lukewarm water.

6. Chocolate Face Mask with Coconut oil and Cream

Things you need:

  1. 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  2. 1 teaspoon honey
  3. 2 teaspoons heavy cream
  4. 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  5. 3 teaspoon oatmeal

First mix the cocoa powder and oatmeal. Gradually, pour oil, cream, and honey. Mix it properly and make it a paste. Apply the chocolate mask all over your face and neck. Wait for 15-20 mins then rinse it with warm water and pat your face dry. You can fell how soft and even toned your skin is looking.

How it works:

This is an amazing face mask for a pigmented skin as coconut oil has a cleansing effect on the skin. Coconut oil is a natural moisturizer and oatmeal as told above is a good skin oil absorber.

7. Chocolate with Mixed Fruit Face Mask

Things you need:

  1. Some bars of dark chocolates
  2. Some slices of banana
  3. Apple
  4. Watermelon
  5. Strawberries.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. After that take all the fruit slices and blend it in a blender. Then mix the blended fruits and melted chocolate in a bowl.

Apply it on the face and neck properly leaving the eye and lip areas. Wait for 20 mins to dry properly and then rinse with lukewarm water. You can feel the charm of your face.

How it works:

Banana contains Vitamin C and E which helps in glowing skin. Apple helps to prevent dullness. Watermelon hydrates the skin where as strawberries acts as astringent (helps to contract facial skin aka wrinkles).

8. Chocolate Face Mask with Turmeric and Fuller’s Earth

Things you need:

  1. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  2. 1 tbsp turmeric
  3. 1 tbsp fuller’s earth
  4. 1tbsp rose waterFace

Add all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix it properly to make it a smooth paste without any lumps in it. Apply generously all over your face and wait for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your face with some warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.

How it works:

You can feel the evenness of your face with reduced pimples. It is because of the antibacterial property of turmeric. Fuller’s earth absorbs excess oil and rose water helps maintaining pH balance. Rose water acts as natural toner.

9. Chocolate and Coconut milk Face mask

Things you need:

  1. Some cocoa powder
  2. 1 tbsp fresh ground coffee
  3. 1tbsp honey
  4. 2 tbsp coconut milk.

Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth paste. Apply all over your face and neck and leave it for 30-40 mins. Rinse it properly with warm water and pat dry your skin.

How it works:

Your skin will look fresh and nourished caffeine in the coffee is full of natural antioxidants, coconut milk helps to exfoliate your skin and honey smoothens skin.
